Body (Curvygirls!)
This post has screened comments, and if you EVER feel uncomfortable AT ALL about ANYTHING, please leave a comment here so that I can read it and respond accordingly. This is meant to be a safe space for curvygirls of all sizes, and I will do my best to be sure it remains this way. Please don't assume that I saw what bothered you and just ignored it -- we all react differently, and what may have bothered you might not have bothered me at all. Please be very specific, with links to posts or comments if you can.

So basically, if you are ever uncomfortable about anything in this community, come and post in this post (which I will link to in the userinfo) and we can have a private conversation about it.

You are all beautiful.

Hello! You don't sound stupid at all; nobody here was born with the knowledge of how to post pictures in entries - we all had to learn! I hunted around to find a good explanation of it, and found a great how-to article here:
http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=6

Just a couple other things to keep in mind -
a) pictures must be posted to this community behind an lj-cut (for info about that: http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=75&q=lj-cut&lang=)
b) I'm not sure about the nature of the photos you're wanting to post, but uploading nude photos to photobucket will get your account deleted because they don't allow that there. You can, however, upload nude photos to flickr, deviantart, and a variety of other places. (And if you're posting nudes to the community, be sure to include "18+ only due to nudity") If they're clothed pictures, photobucket should be fine :)

If you need any other help, please feel free to ask!

Thanks for the comment! I believe that we do have this linked on the community profile page, but it's definitely worth making sure! Thanks :)

Thanks for commenting!

This is a bit of a tricky line because it's hard to say a certain "yes" to one photo and a certain "no" to another photo that may be similar in many ways. Here are a couple of things we consider when deciding what's appropriate and what isn't...
-We accept photos of any amount of nudity, from fully clothed to fully nude
-We do not accept photos of sexual acts or sexual nature (sex/masturbation/general intimate touching/close-ups of genitalia)

It sounds to me like the photo you described would be just fine to post here :) If you have any other questions, let me know!

:) Hi! I am a member of this community under a different name - tree_spirits, and I was hoping you would be able to add this one?
